     This is an agreement between you and MysticTheFox, that informs you of your rights and responsibilities. Please read everything. By commissioning me, you agree to my terms and service.

     MysticTheFox reserves the right, at their sole discretion, to modify or replace any part of this Agreement. It is the customers resposibility to watch for changes in the terms of service. If the customer has not done so, MysticTheFox can not be held responsible for any claim against the terms of service. People who have already paid for services, are not held accountable to the new changes in the terms of service.

 

Price and Quotes

• Unless we have agreed on it before hand, there are no deadlines. If it needs to be rushed. There will be a rush fee that we will discuss.

• All commissions have to be paid upfront, unless it exceeds $100. Then there is a minimum 60% deposit.

• You are allowed to contact MysticTheFox for quotes. You are required to tell me if you are going to proceed with the following transaction that I have sent to you.

• Any person who does agree to continue on with the transaction, MUST pay within 7 business days of the quote being sent out.

• All prices are in USD

• I only accept payment through PayPal.

 

Privacy

• I reserve the right to post any and all art work to promote my business. I value your privacy and will postpone uploading the commission if it is a gift.

 

Alterations and Refunds

• All changes must be done in the sketch/preview stage. Once agreed, no changes will be made to the approved/colouring stage and so on. If changes must be made. There will be a fee charged that we will discuss. If there is a mistake in the picture I have made. I will fix it, free of charge.

• If a refund is in order. I keep the amount of payment up to what I have done on the picture. So if you have ordered a fully detailed picture and I have completed up to the flat colour stage of it. I will keep that amount of money that it would cost for a flat coloured picture and refund you the rest.

• I also have the right to cancel any commission I'm working on(reasons could be avoid/refusing to complete payment, rude, unacceptable behavior.) If this so happens, contact will be made and will discuss a refund.
   

Rights

• I reserve the right to refuse any commission, no questions asked.

• I reserve the right to stop work on a commission if the client is uncooperative, family issues, death, illness, etc.

• I work in my own style, not someone else's.

• I reserve the right to put my watermark on your picture and if you choose to upload the commission you must use the watermarked version I send you.
